Live Conversation with Sasha Filipenko in Stockholm
A writer whose books are banned, discussed, and adapted for the screen.
He is called the voice of his generation — sharp, honest, and free.
We will talk about:
- the novella Elephant — an incredibly poignant and touching story that has already become a classic;
- The Cremulator and its story — a book that readers devoured in one night;
- how the writer sees what is happening in the world, in culture, and in people;
- why words still matter;
- censorship, freedom of speech, and the role of the writer in an era of bans;
- irony and self-irony in his work.
Sasha will answer questions from the audience that cannot be asked in official interviews.
